The car that I bought on Wednesday evening had a defective tire that I discovered only the morning after. When heyi called them about it, they made me come all the way from Palm Springs, just to tell me that I was the one that caused the damage to the tire and that they would not take responsibility and replace it! When I got upset, they called the police on me! "Great" customer service! I'lll never ever ever give them my business again! If I could, I'd return the car! More
Disappointing. Upsetting. Loss of trust to service advisor I was let down by a service center that I once thought was really honest. I took my vehicle for an oil change and a routine brake inspection. Inwas t I was let down by a service center that I once thought was really honest. I took my vehicle for an oil change and a routine brake inspection. Inwas told by Rochelle that my brakes were 'metal to metal'. I was quoted close to $400 dollars. Due to the cost I decided to change the rear brakes myself. I was lied to by Rochelle. My brake pads were not metal to metal. Rochelle explained that there was no material left on my brake pads. That was incorrect. I would think taking my vehicle in to a reputable dealership for service would provide their service clients with accurate and trustworthy advise. If this recommendation came from your service technicians, they are not doing their job correctly. I feel the need to reach out to the better business bureau just because I fear other clients are being taken advantage of as they may not be mechanically inclined. Prior to this experience. I loved taking my vehicle to Derrick mann. He was awesome everytime I was there. I am now exploring other dealerships to take my vehicle to for service. More

Oil Change Plus Went in for oil change. Spreen staff were super responsive and fast. They provided me an overview of suggested work for next visit. Didn’t pressure Went in for oil change. Oil change was done within the hour just as they told us. My son was happy to see some donuts 🍩 brought in.
