I came here because my seat belt is squeaking loudly. This isn't normal for the seatbelt to do. None of my other vehicles do this. The tech that answered me heard the problem and refused to service it because "it's not a safety concern concern." Sure it's not, but having a car that has a loud "SQUEAK" is definitely annoying. Especially since it's been doing this since month 6 of ownership. Honda service has really degraded. The car has other issues too and the dealer brushed off the safety recalls I asked about. Is this not a safety concern? I'm not interested in buying another Honda. This is the third strike for Honda for me. More

Terrible experience I was pulled into the dealership with a truecar price certificate. Turns out that the price went up by $5.5K after all the "adjustments" were made. Instead of owning up to the bait and switch trick, the guy asked me to wait and kept going back and forth to his boss's office several times with the promise of bringing the price down each time. A total waiting time of almost one hour for nothing meaningful. The type of experience that gives dealerships their awful reputation. My fault for staying after the initial sales trick, but still, I didn't expect this type of treatment. More
