I called Honda ahead of time to m At 1:30pm on Saturday, I experienced a flat tire and called a tow truck to put on a spare (no auto mechanic skills). I called Honda ahead of time to make sure they would be open to service my car that day. I learned they closed at 4:00pm. so upon arrival at center, I was a bit frazzled because I wanted make sure my car would get seen. Jesse was great. He explained the damage to my tire, quoted prices for service, and gave me a timeframe for completion of services. Most important, he knew I was on a budget and advised on what was needed that day and what could wait for my next paycheck. My car was fixed, I was safe, and I didn’t leave completely broke. This is what I call good service. Since Spreen Honda is near my home I will be going there for future car repair. More

I expect better service. They need to raise the bar when it comes to customer satisfaction. They returned my car fifthly not once but twice. When I asked them to wash my car again I seen a man in the back of the building out of view, wiping down my new car with a dirty towel. I was so upset I went to find the service advisor only to find no one at the counter. In frustration and anger I left promising never to return. Why they never asked me to have my car cleaned right shows that they don't care about the customer being satisfied. I do not have a problem paying extra either. Really, every car dealership in my past has lived up to my expectations. Thanks Spreen Honda. I will take my new car somewhere else to be treated right. Furthermore management is never on the floor to ensure customer satisfaction. More
