Dent repairs wer completed. Sloppy job.. now paint is cracke Dent repairs were completed. I purchased this used car two weeks ago. It was raining and dark and didn't notice two dents on car on the crease until next morning after purchase. Something I never experience One of the worse experiences of my life. Kelsea was helping me but she was getting pulled To help with other sales. She was great and helped me leave with something I was happy with but when I went to signed paperwork the man helping me laughed at my credit score. Then he asked for my income and asked how I did it with my income. I felt to insulted and embarrassed. I am a single mom of a 3 year old doing everything to survive. I told him I just figure it out. I never wanted to go home so bad. I left with my new car but I didn’t get to go home feeling excited. More

Excellent and Fast Service I hadn’t pulled up to the service line for more than 10 seconds when I was greeted with a smile and welcomed. Then about a minute later, Adam came out I hadn’t pulled up to the service line for more than 10 seconds when I was greeted with a smile and welcomed. Then about a minute later, Adam came out to my car, was very warm and welcoming and invited me to the counter. He opened the door for me, told me what station number to meet him at and when I got there, he asked me about my weekend! When I asked him about his weekend, he didn’t blow me off- but instead had a genuine answer about spending time at home and even mentioned his little girl was a little under the weather. All the while, keeping it positive and getting me checked into the computer system. Adam was professional and efficient but personal at the same time. He told me it would be under an hour wait and it was! I was made to feel like a valued customer. We will be back to Spreen Honda! More
