This was the first time I have taken my car in for service. Again I was wowed with the outstanding level of customer service that Spreen Honda offers. I made my appointment on line through my Honda app. When I took my car in for service I was greeted with a smile escorted inside where I was well take care of. My cars service was done in about a hour. I was more than happy with that. I’ve waited hours at other car dealers in the past. Well done Spreen Honda!!! Above and beyond! I cannot stress enough how important Spreen Honda made me feel. At first they do feel just like any other dealer, until they encounter a barrier. It's like they thrive on the details, they dig deep and try to find ways to save you money without hurting themselves in the process. I respect that, because that takes work, it's easy to take a personal hit to make a deal, but to work it out to where both parties are beneficial is art. Jarod Stadelman is one such artist. I had walked out of the dealership disappointed that we couldn't make a deal and instead of giving up and moving on to the next potential sale, Jarod went to work. He took it as a personal challenge. He did some research, reached out to my mother who lives in Tennessee to explain some things and work it out, and eventually got me an amazing rate! I recommend Juan the sales representative and Jarod the finance manager to anyone looking for a new Honda in the Socal area. Juan had to be the hardest working sales associate on the floor that day, kudos to him for not giving up or getting frustrated! All in all, Spreen Honda of Loma Linda has earned my business for years to come! More
