It basically detailed what the services included as well as information about my car (thickness of tire, need for air filter in the near future). I didn’t pay anything out of pocket because I still had free oil changes left so that added more to the experience. I was also impressed by how fast I was checked in by Johnny Torrez. Spreen Rocks! I came in to service my Honda and Derrick Mann was my service tech writer. He was professional, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change but learned I needed a software update on my Honda front screen. Derrick helped me through the process and totally and completely took care of me!! I've been to some other Honda service departments and they are pushy and try to "upsell" other services that you may or may not even need....not at Spreen. I have been a loyal customer for years now and they take care of you without the haggle and pushy "upsell" sales guy tactics. Their unmatched customer service is what keeps me coming back. I referred my Father to buy a car with them and they totally took care of him. When I am once again ready to buy my next Honda, I am no doubt giving Spreen my business.
