More tactful via text than other dealerships in the area, however, I did feel rushed. I don’t like that APR and APR process was not explained and that my APR was higher than my Spreen Honda pre approval APR however, I did feel rushed. I don’t like that APR and APR process was not explained and that my APR was higher than my Spreen Honda pre approval APR of 4.7%. On top of that I was told by Hector that there was a promotion that day only on lower APR. I do consider these things to be dishonesties, especially the discrepancy with pre approval. Salesman Tony also argued with a “no” answers to an offer which is pushing the customer’s boundaries. Scheduling a time to come in via text was easier than other places but I will definitely highly caution other prospective customers and as many others as possible about the dishonesties with false APR promotion and the APR also not matching credit score or pre approval, as well as the boundary crossing with offers and the intentional rushing by each salesman I interacted with. The only person who I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable from was Virginia who handled the insurance. She was patient and professional. More
