I brought in my 2007 Honda Accord after overheating. I was charged a diagnostic fee of $189, and told I would need to replace my cooling system, at a cost of $2200. They told me I needed a new radiator cap for $19. I just drove my car 1000 miles to Oregon, no issues with my new $19 radiator cap. Johnny Torrez was my service manager. I shared the new repair bill, and asked that Spreen Honda refund my $189 diagnostic fee, which was clearly wrong. Johnny agreed that it would be refunded. It has been two weeks since that conversation. My fee has not been refunded, and my texts to Johnny have been ignored. Shameful. More
