Everything was ok, until Joshua was using scare tactics to add on more services repairs. I do understand the sales portion of his job and my car does need it but the delivery and attitude given was not nec to add on more services repairs. I do understand the sales portion of his job and my car does need it but the delivery and attitude given was not necessary. I needed an oil change and that's all I could afford today but he told me my vehicle warranties are going to be voided and canceled since I declined the services today. I totally have the intentions of doing it but just couldn't pay for for the $500 today. Once I shared that, his demeanor and attitude changed and became cold. Also saying that my paperwork would be sent to Honda with big "x" on it because I declined the other services was not necessary and a really disgusting way to get me to be scared into adding and agreeing to more services. My first visit was fine but this one has me wanting to take my business else where. More
