I have less than 500 miles on my car and the blind spot indicator light came on. My husband had to wait six hours in the dealership and did not get the part needed even though I told them the issue when indicator light came on. It has been over a week and no one has called me to tell me the part is in or the status. I also had the luggage rack and mud flaps installed that should of been on the vehicle when I purchased it and as I was charged for it. The service department wanted to charge for installing the mud flaps but we refused. Also, my husband was told they only give you a ride home if you live 10 miles or less and my home was 11 miles. It would not of helped anyway as they do not pick you up when the vehicle was fixed. I am very dissapointed. A rental was not offered. More
