This is supposed to be a follow-up service since parts aren't available for several days and I have to bring back the vehicle upon the arrival of ordered parts. The Service advisor is not very thorough in aren't available for several days and I have to bring back the vehicle upon the arrival of ordered parts. The Service advisor is not very thorough in checking the vehicle's service records on the service that needs to be done where parts were already been ordered. I have to tell the Service Advisor which service do i need them to do where in fact they already have it in their record. I also had an appointment but have to wait for more than half an hour to be checked in upon arrival at the service center. More

I have never been to Spreen Honda before. I was unable to start my car the day before. I thought it was the starter, they immediately found that it was the battery and replaced it in less than an hour. I’m v start my car the day before.
