I was turned down by Spreen Mazda who no longer honored the healthcare provider oil change. They referred me to Spreen Honda which was two doors down. I’m glad they were able to take care of me but it would be nice of Spreen Mazda to have honored the front line healthcare provider complimentary oil change again because we’ve been so busy I never got to use it. At the same time I’m glad that they referred me to Spreen Honda because it is a great experience because of Rachelle. She Made it worthwhile because she kept me updated, she make sure my car was nice and clean upon receiving it, and even followed up with me while I was going into my car and about to leave to make sure everything was up to expectations. She will definitely be my advisor next time. I think my only recommendation is that it would’ve been nice to have some type of a snack or something while waiting, Maybe not like donuts or anything but something that’s individually wrapped and safe that goes along way while we’re waiting. But otherwise service wise I’m a happy camper. More

Went in initially for an oil change so I expected to wait for about an hour and a half. Service advisor recommended transmission work and other things so I agreed with the work however the ETA was far off. H for about an hour and a half. I sat for about 3 1/2 hours so it was kind of frustrating. I would have gotten shuttle ride but I kept thinking my car would be done so I did not want to leave. If I would have known I was going to sit 3 hours from the start I would have just went home by shuttle service. More
