Waste of time and gas due to unfulfilled appointment Water was coming into the car from a rainstorm. Called to make an appointment, wanted one on a Saturday, and the earliest one they had was in two week Water was coming into the car from a rainstorm. Didn't want to wait that long given the problem at hand but it's no ones fault if they're too busy and I'm too busy. Made the appointment for Saturday 8:30 AM. Saturday comes around, I bring the car in, and they say sorry, they can't service the car because there's no water technician to do the job. Complete waste of time and gas as they said I had to reschedule the appointment. If you want to waste your time with a dealership that wastes your time by not honoring its appointments, this place is for you! More
Uncooperative Service Dept for long time customer My 2015 RDX would not start. I went online and searched what the problem was and it looked like the battery so I had a relative with a car battery ch My 2015 RDX would not start. I went online and searched what the problem was and it looked like the battery so I had a relative with a car battery charger give it a charge for a bit and it started. The battery was under warrant so I called Springfield Acura to take it in and get a new battery. It was before noon and I was told they could not help me today, I'd have to come tomorrow which meant I'd have to miss work. I told them I could not do that and I wasn't sure if it would even start again so I needed to get it looked at immediately. I was very rudely told they could not help me. They had looked up my service records and knew this was the 2nd car I've purchased there and serviced there. I called Brunswick Acura who, without even checking to see if I had ever serviced there, told me to get there whenever I could and they'd take a look at it. They took me right away and were shocked to find out that I had been to Springfield Acura twice since a recall and they had never fixed it. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle or service at Springfield again. More

Answered all my question and even had my paperwork ready when I arrived. Springfield along side Adam Links has 100% perfect customer service. I would definitely recommend Springfield Acura. More

Dishonest No integrity car dealership I paid $3k deposit and signed a contract with all my information left behind after 4 hours spent at the store. After three day's waiting, I was told t I paid $3k deposit and signed a contract with all my information left behind after 4 hours spent at the store. After three day's waiting, I was told that the car had a title issue from the previous owner so they could not sell it to me. And also on the following day the sales manager said " it is not a title issue. It is an odometer reading issue. The mileage is 50k instead of 30k..." Such a liar! They have no respect no integrity. So disappointing. I would give negative star if there is a rating like that. More

Jake Tuchman has been extremely helpful on both of my visits to Springfield Acura. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He definitely goes all out to do whatever it takes to help you. They promised the car was there and when deal was done car wasn't. They messed up on the social and now having issues to even make my car payment. Absolute worst. The finance guy was so pushy even after saying several times I don't want the extra insurance. I will never go back and warn people about this place More
