Everyone was fantastic, from the loaner car to solving our oil leak problem. My car was due for a service check. I was given an appointment within a few days. When I arrived, I met with the service rep without delay. He informed me of the details of the check-up and said it w appointment within a few days. When I arrived, I met with the service rep without delay. He informed me of the details of the check-up and said it would only take an hour. I had originally asked for a ride home, but decided to stay. The car was ready in about 50 minutes, and the rep reviewed the procedure with me. He was professional and very pleasant, and answered all of my questions. He also helped me with a problem I was having with my GPS. The car was clean inside and out when returned to me. That's the story. More
