My interaction with the guy on the internet was very pleasant and he directed me to Springfield Ford where I met Allen Ubaldini. Allen was very professional and very easy going. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle he let the vehicle sell itself. We went for a test drive as he explained every option and detail of the vehicle. He took his time and answered any and every question I had available. A couple weeks after the purchase I called Allen to set up an appointment to have my tires rotated and he knew immediately who I was and was eager to assist me. You know how you get the feeling after a salesman make a sale they don't want to deal with you anymore? Not the case at all. When I brought the vehicle in to service, I was immediately greeted by a salesman, (Allen was on test drive with a customer) so I explained to him why I was there and he was courteous enough to escort me to service department to get squared away. The whole staff is kind and friendly and I recommend to anyone in the market for buying a new or used vehicle to stop by Springfield Ford located at 50 Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA 19064. More

He made the transaction so smooth, he had everything in order, no questions, everything was clear. From a sales perspective, Paul Hixon's knowledge and attention to technical detail, along with his calm and steady demeanor has kept us coming back to him when we are shopping for cars. We have recommended Paul to other family members and Paul has been able to help them too. From a service perspective, we have found the dealership to be reasonable in price, quality and only repairing what needs to be repaired. Most repairs we had done were covered under warranty without discussion. The few items we had to pay for, for example tires, we found were cheaper here than their competitors. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than other Ford dealers. That is why we keep coming back to Springfield Ford. More
