New whip I bought a brand new Fusion from Tom at Springfield Ford Lincoln back in August, '16. I loved it. Someone rear ended and totaled it in March, '17. I w I bought a brand new Fusion from Tom at Springfield Ford Lincoln back in August, '16. I loved it. Someone rear ended and totaled it in March, '17. I went back to Tom and bought a used 2016 MKZ. Both times were quick and the customer service was impeccable and he was very knowledgeable. Before I pulled off the lot with my MKZ I noticed a dent in the front bumper. They took care of it free of charge and gave me a beautiful rental for the short time. I will definitely be going to Tom and Springfield Ford Lincoln again (just hopefully not in such a short span again lol) More
