I purchased a commercial van from Springfield ford back in 2003 and my salesman Tom Devito was great ! Since then I have move away from area roughly 2-1/2hrs . Last September I ordered a new Transit van wi in 2003 and my salesman Tom Devito was great ! Since then I have move away from area roughly 2-1/2hrs . Last September I ordered a new Transit van with that same guy almost 20 years later and he’s still there, that says something to me about him and the dealership. It took almost a year for my vehicle to come in with these crazy times but tom and dealership kept me informed during the way of what my vehicle status was. I finally got the call saying my vehicle was in and it was definitely worth the wait and was a pleasant experience throughout the process!!!! My only disappointment was it took 4 months to receive my new vehicle, which wasn't Tom's fault, it was due to supply chain issues. There was no new car inventory at the dealership. More
