She helped us determine (given our circumstances)the best car for our needs, and we decided on another fusion. She worked very hard to get us the best deal, and the car that we wanted (fusions were in short supply when we were looking-end of model year, and it would have been much easier for her to have pushed one that was on the lot). She always responded quickly to phone calls and emails, but the best quality she demonstrated was a sincere desire to help us buy the best car, at the best price, for us--and, as mastercard would say, that's priceless!
