Steve Amabile and the sales staff there, have it all over their competition! I have met many Managers in my life, and Steve is top notch! Mr. Jim Thomas is just a true gentleman when it comes to treating people with respect. He doesnt just want to sell cars, he is building customer relationships for a lifetime. Look, I really did my homework on this 2011 Exploror prior to my experiance with Springfield Ford. I travel a lot in my job, and rent vehicles all the time.
