Springfield Hyundai

Lease 2014 Elantra; Trade 2006 Elantra I came into Springfield Hyundai for the 5th time. I have Leased 2 vehicles, and purchased 2 used, and one new car. My last 2 visits have been with K I came into Springfield Hyundai for the 5th time. I have Leased 2 vehicles, and purchased 2 used, and one new car. My last 2 visits have been with Keith Sharon who has done an excellent job to get us in and out, especially this last time around. I was happy with everything, except, disappointed in the trade value on my 2006 Elantra, but it is often a subjective review. Bottom line, I leased this time around at Springfield - even though I wasn't happy with the trade value - as Keith is a straight shooter, and did an overall good job. I sensed the trade value was not his doing...my car needed some work, but according to KBB, a "FAIR" Value on my car should have been around $3k (Only gave me $1,750). The concern of the trade (car) evaluator, apparently, was that the car wasn't inspected in 2014 (as my son had it in Jacksonville while going to Law school). I had a full folder of service records since we purchased the car from Springfield Hyundai, but that didn't seem to matter). Not only that, the car I was trading (2006 Elantra) was purchased at Springfield by the 1st owner (we were the 2nd owner); I even had the service records from the first owner (who had purchased the car from Springfield!). Anyway - bottom line was, though I didn't like the trade value, I made the deal because of Keith, and I like the Elantra. He was knowledgeable, and knew not to feed me lines....and got everything done timely on a busy Friday afternoon. More
