I walked into the Dealership with a specific car in mind and Keith was more then accommodating in getting me the model and color I wanted without trying to add features or up sell me to a higher model. Once the car was selected I explained to Keith what my budget was and how much I could put down and to draw out the difference between leasing and buying. After talking to Keith and Alark a few times we settled on a price and I was out the door quickly with the price and car I wanted. This is a friendly dealership and I only recommend going to Keith as he is the best Salesperson at this location. More
I had been to 2 other dealerships the day that I stopped into Springfield Hyundai. Joe D'Ambrosio sold me on the car by telling me about all the safety features the car had, explaining the upgraded equiptm into Springfield Hyundai. He was very professional and personable as well, which is a good combination in a salesperson. I must say that the other sales people at the other dealerships were not as thorough with their information on the vehicle. I did not make my decision the same day that I did my test drive, but Joe was very patient with me, and answered all my questions when I would call him about the car. I felt that Joe earned my business and I wanted to reward him with it. Plus I loved the car !!!!! More

My discussion with Steve Mountes was disappointing and lacked any personal consideration for my concerns. I am overall very surprised with the way all of this was managed, and I don't believe anything was attempted to appease a valued customer. In an economy that offers a multitude of options in the arena of car care/maintenance, it is my humble opinion that excellent customer service is only thing that will stand above the others and maintain a loyal customer relationship. More
