Santa Fe Purchase My sales rep Craig (and Michelle) were AWESOME!!! I was unsure what I wanted but didn't want to spend a great deal of money. I had one main concern My sales rep Craig (and Michelle) were AWESOME!!! I was unsure what I wanted but didn't want to spend a great deal of money. I had one main concern which was space. I have two teenage boys and a husband who are all tall and carry lots of sporting equipment around daily. I knew I wasn't interested in all the extras, just concerned with overall space and price. Michelle treated me with kindness and respect not laughing at me for being price naive since I haven't car shopped since 2003. Craig was extremely patient and never once became flustered or annoyed when I couldn't seem to make up my mind between the Tuscon and Santa Fe. He spent the time going over point by point what was important to me and what each car could offer. We test drove both vehicles and then again sat down reviewing everything for the hundredth time. Never once did Craig push or tray to sway me from one vehicle to the other. He allowed me the time to process my needs and wants and was able to get me a great financial deal as well. I will go back without hesitation when I am in need of another vehicle and I would wholeheartedly recommend Springfield Hyundai, Michelle and Craig to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
