Michael was my salesman and I must say they will do everything in their power to get you into a new car. However after you buy your car they can care less about you, I have yet to receive my documents everything in their power to get you into a new car. However after you buy your car they can care less about you, I have yet to receive my documents I signed, every time I call Micheal nobody can talk to me and I get a rude response.. they charged me for a catalytic converter protector shield within the buying price and when the catalytic converter was stolen off my car 4 days after I got it the service department told me it was never a cat shield on it. So basically I paid $700 for something I never got. I called multiple times and everybody is busy, not there, or is just plain rude. I traded in my jeep for an outlander sport and I regret it because my jeep was was better and advanced then my 2022 outlander sport it’s just careless behavior. When you buy the car they tell you to give them a good review and then toss you in the trash. And this is the least to say. Customer service is big to me and I have a lot of people that asked me about the Springfield location and I honestly didn’t have anything good to say. They can care less about you I can’t wait to trade my car in for a new jeep More

Was gated into a car color i didnt want, the loan was more than I wanted to pay, the salesperson made fun of me, the car has a catalytic converter that is high value for theft, mitaubishi doesn't have more than I wanted to pay, the salesperson made fun of me, the car has a catalytic converter that is high value for theft, mitaubishi doesn't have the parts needed, roadside service is a joke, ie non- existent. I had the worst experience with Springfield Mitsubishi. I dropped my car off at the beginning of July to the service department. I started calling their service department July 13th to get a status on my c I dropped my car off at the beginning of July to the service department. I started calling their service department July 13th to get a status on my car. I was informed they had not looked at my car yet but they would be able to that night. I called a couple days later with no response. Starting on July 18th I called everyday, multiple times a day to receive an update on my car. I was put on hold every time for over ten minutes just to be disconnected. I left messages for the service manager who never got back to me. I eventually called the sales department in hopes they could assist me. I spoke with two different managers who told me they would call me back and never did. On Friday, July 22nd, I finally received a call from the service department informing me my car was ready. I arrived the next morning to pick up my car. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was informed they could not find my keys. I was told to come back Monday. I explained I drove 40 minutes to come get my car that I was told was ready for pickup. I asked to speak with a manger and was informed there was no one available on Saturdays. After waiting over an hour and a half, I finally left, without my car. Four hours later, I received a call stating they found my keys. At that point I had to wait till Monday to pick up my car. When I arrived Monday, I was not greeted by a hello or apology rather the receptionist waving my keys stating my car was out in the lot. I am beyond appalled by the total lack of customer service. This dealership, management and service department does not value their costumers time. I will never do business with this company ever again. More
I recently purchased a Eclipse Cross from Springfield Mitsubishi and the dealers Calvin and Mike were excellent.
