Stuck in Mobile with a dead alternator on our way to our grandson’s graduation, we called Tom at Springhill, and we were very glad we did. The tow truck dropped the car on Thursday evening, we made the grad grandson’s graduation, we called Tom at Springhill, and we were very glad we did. The tow truck dropped the car on Thursday evening, we made the graduation and Tom had the car repaired and ready to go when promised Friday noon and at the quoted price. The work was done quickly, efficiently and with great courtesy. We hope not to have the problem in Mobile again, but if we did we would call on this dealership in a minute. More
My brother and I visited Springhill Toyota on May 21, 2025 and my sales representative was Leonard Stradford. We explained what we were looking for and Mr. Stradford helped us find the exact vehicle we 2025 and my sales representative was Leonard Stradford. We ended up purchasing this car (a used car) and Mr. Stradford was extremely helpful in helping us through the process. Update to December 5, 2024 review: I bought my 2006 Toyota 4Runner as is on November 5th 2024. Immediately had engine lights on. I drove it 5 times before it overheated and was undriveable. The oil and water/coolant were full and the fan was working. Temperature Guage on dash was indicating a normal running temp. ? Due to finances, I was not able to seek repair until March 10th, 2025. I have been unable to work due to not having transportation. I am now heavily in debt due to repairs performed. $3,700. later. I have a running car. The mechanic stated that it appeared that the water pump, radiator and radiator hoses had been replaced near the time of my purchase. The mechanic stated that, in his opinion, at least one head gasket was already heavily damaged when I purchased the vehicle causing the overheating incident. The vehicle still has an oxygen sensor that needs to be replaced. The clips on 2 center caps on the rims broke and now are absent. The CD player only worked about 3 times before it stopped working. Plus some other minor issues. I will contact the dealership to notify them of all of this and am hoping for assistance (not at my cost) with these issues. At this time, I just feel disgusted. More
