My experience was GREAT!!! My sales lady, Mary Jane and Shana was Awesome! I came from Louisiana up to Colorado after seeing the vehicle I purchased on AutoTrader. So that I wou My sales lady, Mary Jane and Shana was Awesome! I came from Louisiana up to Colorado after seeing the vehicle I purchased on AutoTrader. So that I wouldn't be inconvenienced, Mary Jane picked me up from the airport, which was an hour away. Who does that? Springs Automotive Group does. Shana, was also great, she greeted me with a huge smile, and guess what! This dealership gives out hugs instead of handshakes, which I loved also! GREAT Experience!!!! More

Got a great car but not with a great experience. I went to this dealership to look at a car ive had my eyes on for awhile. It was once I rolled up and was greeted right away without even getting out I went to this dealership to look at a car ive had my eyes on for awhile. It was once I rolled up and was greeted right away without even getting out of my car, that I thought what did I get myself into. I talked with Dan Blevins for a while and he was the only person there that was somewhat relaxed. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. So I thought ok here comes the hard part talking numbers. Boy was it one of the worst ideas of my life to walk into that trailer where I was greeted by Dan Eaton and Shana. Shana came off as a sweet lady who actually cared about you but in all reality she is just like everyone else there and only cares about the money. We talked numbers and I got them to go down lower than expected so we signed some papers. I didnt want to give them my buisness but the love for the car was too strong. Dan Eaton is the exact representation of what to lookout for when going to a place like that. I was there for a countless amount of hours to findout some information and they just kept saying "We got some good news." Overall I very highly suggest taking your buisness elsewhere, save yourself the hastle. More
