Brian, This listing operates under the same name and represents both locations as is shown in many reviews. I feel people should know about the practices and treatment used in my sale. From other feedback it doesn't seem to be an isolated issue at all. Once I realized I had been screwed and had things changed on me, I said to fix it and they laughed at me in a similar way to "what are you gonna do?" When I stated I was quite good at advertising and I would be leaving negative reviews, building a website and telling my friends of the experience, Dave blew up on me in the store. I have only just began my campaign as there are dozens more listings for written and video reviews, a website to complete with a compilation of all the negative experiences similar to my own from the internet and to allow others to submit their experience as well. Your company and its affiliates have screwed me and I won't just go away quietly. You wouldn't go away quietly either if you received this treatment. If your company doesn't wish to keep to its word, and make this right. I will continue to speak of my experience wherever I see will have the best impact. If your company steps up to the plate and opts to either handle all the repairs, or the other option is to put me into another car or truck at a decent rate without the problems and then resell my current. Either would be acceptable. If you make things right, I'll go away quietly. If you go above and beyond to make things right by getting me out the problem created by your company, I'll do all these things in a positive way as your company would have shown an interest in maintaining its integrity by helping a client. It's up to you. I did my part by coming in and purchasing a car from your establishment.The first nice thing I bought since I've been able to pull myself from the poverty I lived in much of my life. I work hard to earn the money with which I pay my bills. The treatment and unethical practices I received were undeserved, uncalled for and should be reported to the Attorney General, BBB, etc. I haven't even gotten to those yet.
