THE ROCKSTAR NATION came through again! !! I had a unknown leak in one of my tires and contacted them via text to see if they could get me in. AND of course the answer was yes. I arrived a !! I had a unknown leak in one of my tires and contacted them via text to see if they could get me in. AND of course the answer was yes. I arrived and the shop was extremely busy, and as soon as I pulled up, Rachel and Eugene met me, collected my keys and immediately got my truck into the service bay. After a quick preliminary check they found no punctures in the tire, and they then proceeded to investigate further. They shortly found a valve stem leak. They quickly replaced that and in less than 30 minutes I was on the road again. During that time I had time to talk with Eugene about an upcoming project idea and also had a pleasant visit with Rachel. While I dread when something goes wrong with any vehicle, Eugene and Rachels team do a great job of taking care of me and my truck! What a great group of people they have in the service department. The service department is incredible! Shortly after I bought my new truck, I had some issues with the parental key mode and needed a new tonneau cover installed. The service department worked around my schedule and needs. Raquel, Eugene and their service department team are incredible! Just in for my first oil change and tire rotation. Again had a later appointment, got me in and out early without and fuss! Friendly, customer focused, and helpful as always! More

Brought our Subaru to a different auto shop. Wanted to 2k to fix the transmission. Brought it to Springs automotive for a second opinion. They went above and beyond and contacted the Subaru dealership and fo to fix the transmission. Brought it to Springs automotive for a second opinion. They went above and beyond and contacted the Subaru dealership and found out the transmission was still under warranty. Fixed it for free! Great service and experience!! More

The staff is friendly, welcoming the minute you step in. Joe is knowledgeable and receptive and gives his honest opinion about the vehicles based on your individual needs. And the prices are very reasonable! Joe is really about establishing a relationship, not just making a quick sale. I am very happy with my VW Touareg! A few days after I purchased it, the check engine light went on. Joe immediately arranged for it to be taken in for service at no charge to me. Service replaced several components but Joe was not satisfied with the outcome so he had the car taken to the dealership where they ran a full inspection replace even more parts. Joe really stands by his product. I unreservedly would recommend Springs Automotive Group to anyone. They really set the bar in the used car market! More

Outstanding Service Department Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than I anticipated for a vehicle I have owned for only a little over a month. But Service Mgr Mike Ardolino has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service and repairs at very reasonable prices even after my 30 day dealership warranty ended. I can say I will always take my vehicles to Mike for any and all auto service needs in the future. Thanks Mike! More

FAR exceeded expectations!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I would be doing a HUGE disservice to this business if I didn’t. I was referred by a friend to have my Jeep Gr I don’t usually leave reviews, but I would be doing a HUGE disservice to this business if I didn’t. I was referred by a friend to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed with the Springs Automotive service department... and having already taken my jeep to my long time family mechanic and a Jeep dealership, I was a little unsure of taking it somewhere I have never been. Needless to say, they FAR exceeded any expectations I may have had. Not only did they did they fix my jeep, they did it for far less than the two prior quotes I had received, and they got it done incredibly FAST. I was told by multiple mechanics that the issues with my car we’re going to be very costly, very lengthy in time, and very difficult to do. This definitely was not the opinion I received from Mike at Springs, and it certainly wasn’t the case when it came to working with him/them. To top it all off, he was incredibly communicative and kept me up to date on what was going on and what needed to happen with it. I don’t think I will ever go to another mechanic again, and that even goes for the mechanic my family has been using for over 20 years. These guys are incredibly good at what they do, incredibly speedy with service, and very fair with their prices. I have DEFINITELY found my new favorite mechanics/service department!! If I ever need to buy a new car, I also know where I will go first! Do yourself a HUGE favor and go to Springs for any automotive needs you may have! More
