My Review The overall experience was acceptable because I knew going in which vehicle I wanted to purchase. I found out after the fact that I did not qualify for a couple of the incentives which raised the advertised price by nearly $2,000.00. This information would have been good to know going in to the buying process. How many people in the St Louis area actually qualify for an Uber incentive? More

My experience on my 1st new car purchase I am one month away from my fifty eighth Birthday! I have just purchased my first NEW car in my life from Ben Macormic at St. Charles Hyundai. Ben was I am one month away from my fifty eighth Birthday! I have just purchased my first NEW car in my life from Ben Macormic at St. Charles Hyundai. Ben was extremely helpful, very courteous, knowledgeable, and was very attentive to my "NEED's" not just my desire for a car (and a new one at that). He questioned me about what I was looking for, how I would be using the ca. Also, he took into consideration my age and size! (I'm six feet, three and one half inches tall). The model I was interested in was a bit small for me (especially If I were to go on a long drive), also it was fairly low to the ground. Thus more difficult for me to get in and out of because of my age and physical limitations, with my knees and back. Ben steered me to a Hyundai that he thought would be better for my physical needs and meet very closely to my financial limitations. I'm very happy with the way I was helped and treated with respect and logic during my purchase. Also Craig was very helpful in explaining some of the questions I had regarding some of the paper work. All In all, my experience with the staff I interacted with was not only helpful, but knowledgeable and kind! More
