They not only were super patient and understanding but when completely out of their way to take my Audi off of me and get into something a lot more practical and worth the money. I won't go anwhere but St. Cloud Hyundia for car shopping. I don't really have much for a credit score, and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. Y'all can imagine the run-around I received even with a co-signer at other dealerships. I had been all over St. Cloud looking for a used car. Incredibly stressed and a highly caffeinated, I decided I would try one last dealership, one last time. St. Cloud Hyundia is where I stopped. I tested a few Elantras over the last couple weeks and thought maybe they'd have one. Logan came out, I explained my situation, and he was more than happy to help me out. Right away I felt much more comfortable there than any other car dealership in the area. Logan and Jon gave me a bunch of options that I could work with, and they worked with my bank so I could finance my first car. I wasn't able to get an Elantra, but I'm much happier with my Juke! 'Logan "didn't sell me a car", he helped me "buy a car". He also made sure I had a clean car and full tank of gas! He also cleaned and waxed my cosigners car for her while we were waiting for the financial stuff to all go through. Thanks, Logan! More

I will never go anywhere else ! I Have never bought a new car ever! and the last time I bought a used car from a dealer was over 40 years ago So I was pretty leery about buying anyw I Have never bought a new car ever! and the last time I bought a used car from a dealer was over 40 years ago So I was pretty leery about buying anywhere but a private party Rod Oltz in sales was so low key right from the start !!! I started looking at a Santa Fe I could drive a car if I wanted too, but It didn't start with lets get in this car and go for a ride Rod and myself started the negotiations with me asking for the walk out the door handshake price (total tax /license etc. etc.) on any vehicle I was interested in and that wasn't a problem at all I asked to take a car home overnight to compare it with the competition overnight Again NO problem And can you believe I bought a Ionic SEL hybrid (my idea) and I was walked through the car features and took it for a test drive and then I asked if I could take it for a final drive by myself on the Interstate to see if it could handle merging etc. All of this taking a couple of weeks to do (I did my research) The car is PERFECT for me !!! Try one ! Will hold 4 adults comfortably (Google it) Anyway they are the best to work with from sales to service to the general manager Jim Now if they would just give me a St..Cloud Hyundai jacket I could be a walking / talking billboard for them Thanks again Rod!
