We conducted virtually all our negotiations vial phone or text as we live outside the St Cloud area. Rod made the experience so easy - we basically reviewed all documentation, received new car review, signed necessary paperwork, and we were out the door. Used car purchase I had a car in mind from researching online. I stopped to have my trade in looked at and then went home. Later I as able to finalize the financial terms of the purchase through email and when I arrived at the dealer to do a final walk through of the car I was purchasing, they had it all cleaned up inside and ready for me to look at and drive one last time. I was given a very good trade in value and also the car I purchased had a price below market. I mostly dealt with Lee Vogt and Jim McClelland. Both were VERY professional and courteous.
