Worst service experience ever. Shop charges me almost $400 for a car still not running. It was even a Hyundai model. Great car buying experience! My wife and I went into they dealership last Saturday and test drove a Palisade. We came back and then discussed numbers. They then gave us a different Palisade to take out for lunch. My wife and I talked it over, came back and closed the deal. All of the staff were very accommodating and willing to work with us to make sure that we were happy. It was also a much more speedy process compared to a previous dealership in St. Cloud. We will definitely be going back when we need another vehicle. After we purchased our vehicle Noah and Kylie made sure we knew how to use our new vehicle and that we were comfortable and confident driving it home. More

By far, the worst experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Purchased a vehicle two weeks ago, JUST got it out of the shop, had nothing but awful interactions with every member of the sal purchasing a vehicle. I am nine months pregnant and have been stressed over this for weeks. In addition, the one thing we put on our contract to be fixed for the vehicle (extending a seatbelt) was STILL not completed after two weeks. The service department was wonderful, but otherwise I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here. More
