Brought car in. Service person checked me in and advised where to wait. They said they would let us know when they were done or had an update. After 45 minutes I wen Service person checked me in and advised where to wait. They said they would let us know when they were done or had an update. After 45 minutes I went to the service person who was talking with 2 other employees. He advised me that the radio update would take about an hour and they were only open for 30 more minutes. He said I could bring it back on Tuesday. That’s when there next appt was available. I offered to leave it there and pick it up in the morning after the updates were done. He agreed. I had just had me car in 2 weeks ago because the window tracks were dirty and the window wouldn’t go up. And had an oil change about a month prior. With all the expensive oil changes one would think that updates might be checked at that time and with wanting to change the air filters at each oil change the stated common issue of dirty window tracks might be checked with the regular maintenance service. As your time is valuable and expensive. Mine is as well. I would appreciate thorough maintenance done to save trips in. I am curious why the service person was talking to his coworkers and not advising me on my care progress ? More

Joel did a great job assisting us in our search for a new car. He is very knowledgeable, and has an approach that he wanted to sell us a car….not for him; but for us.
