This service visit was a reminder of why we went to another dealership after having first purchased a vehicle here years ago. Came back thinking a simple service appointment wouldn't take 4-5 hours wit another dealership after having first purchased a vehicle here years ago. Came back thinking a simple service appointment wouldn't take 4-5 hours with the issue actually being worse than it was before. Once this is fixed, if that's possible, we will part ways and never come back. Between the incompetent service guys to the salesman hitting on my daughter, actually giving his number to my daughter is so inappropriate I cannot believe it. I truly hope the owner reaches out. Would love to discuss how exactly st cloud Subaru has lost my family's respect. More
