Very pleased with their service & recommendations once connected with actual location. Centralized call center leaves much to be desired, unfortunately.. Prompt communication is highly appreciated from SC connected with actual location. Centralized call center leaves much to be desired, unfortunately.. Prompt communication is highly appreciated from SC Subaru..Also, I struggled with removing the interior film from the windshield. Trent took care of this. Highly appreciated as it's a safety hazard, especially in sunlight if you cannot see! LOL More

The first Subaru I bought everything went good. But then the 2019 I bought it was low on antifreeze and oil and it took over 20 minutes to add the oil and antifreeze.then on the 2024 outback I boug But then the 2019 I bought it was low on antifreeze and oil and it took over 20 minutes to add the oil and antifreeze.then on the 2024 outback I bought the odometer statement says 27 miles on it but it had 81 miles on the car’s odometer.
