Sold with Bad Ball Bearing I purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy blind (I'm from Seattle, WA) from St. Cloud Subaru back in April based on their glowing reviews. What a mistake. The I purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy blind (I'm from Seattle, WA) from St. Cloud Subaru back in April based on their glowing reviews. What a mistake. The car came with a bad ball bearing and cupped wheels. When I contacted St. Cloud Subaru about it they shifted the blame on me saying the shipping of the car was to blame. In other words, they were saying that driving a car in and out of a trailer damaged the ball bearing (which is specifically designed to take tremendous shock and last 100k miles). Thank goodness the car was certified preown and Subaru of America took care of the problem for me, but I was very disappointed in St. Cloud's unwillingness to take responsibility for a car that left their lot damaged. More

Great service on My Outback! After driving 3 hours on icy roads and having my 2017 Outback sliding all over the road I called the service dept. to check on getting an alignment. The service adviser was very helpful and professional. I got scheduled in the very next day. The alignment was done and the trip home was very enjoyable thanks to them getting the problem fixed right and in a tight time frame with my schedule. I also received a complimentary car wash which was unexpected but very much appreciated. More
