As a first-time car buyer, I was nervous/reluctant to buy a new car, especially on a lease. Jen and the rest of the Subaru team did a great job of explaining the details of the lease and making me feel more comfortable about buying a car in this way. She also did a great job of describing features and relating them to my needs. Also after the first day that I had my car, I noticed a scratch and called it in. I was impressed at how quickly the issue was resolved. They brought in their best person to fix the scratch and fixed it. My overall experience was great and I highly recommend this dealership and its staff. More

Chris showed us vehicles in the price range we were looking at, he explained differences in packages- and answered our questions about reliability, mileage, and handling. This car was for me- and he spoke to me- not my husband- which I really appreciated. My Outback gets great mileage, handles WONDERFULLY, and the ride is so much better than my previous car. Thanks to Chris and Dan for a great buying experience and my wonderful new ride. And I forgot to mention- a great cup of coffee! More
