They gave me a free car wash yesterday, which was a nice touch. The cost ($51.62 with tax and no coupon for fully synthetic oil) could be a bit better in my opinion, but it is not exorbitant. Anther place I have gone has problems getting the oil filter off of my Prius, but I think St. Cloud Toyota must have a special tool, as they haven't had this issue. The Service Advisor--Rob--was friendly. More

I pretty much knew what options and vehicle I was looking for already and Tony did a good job trying to find what I was looking for. Tony was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pushed into anything at all or steered toward something I wasn't interested in. I appreciate that. I didn't catch the name of the employee working at the parts area, but he was knowledgeable and able to answer some questions about a trailer brake. I probably didn't ask enough questions to fully understand the extra purchasable protection to extend the warranty before I turned it down. I'm second guessing that a little. I would recommend learning as much as possible about all of the vehicles and maybe some of the competitions as well. More
