Starting with difficulty getting through on the phone, not our bus service experience. Difficulty getting through to service when we called, messages were not returned very promptly. $100 worth of service not our bus service experience. Difficulty getting through to service when we called, messages were not returned very promptly. $100 worth of service with no no complimentary vehicle vacuum or car wash. Most other Toyota dealerships do offer this especially newer toyota models. The 25,000 mile Toyota Care did not end up being a very good deal since covered services during that time got pushed back we ended up having to pay for them. Second time our warranty concern was evaluated and the problem persists. Our service advisor was very kind and polite, best part of our experience. More
