Car came back to me in good working order, they picked me up and dropped me off too and the staff there was outstanding. 1/2 star losing gripes - but they don't do half stars so I took a whole one off: The scheduling department informed me the whole repair for the airbag + oil change was about an hour and half two weeks before appointment. When I got there they moved the estimate to three hours - this recall had been out for more than 6 months - scheduling should have been able to inform me of that. They also did not reset my dash "oil change needed" light. More

They initially told me it was going to be free but then realized what I wanted I had St. Cloud Toyota take a look at the Sienna I was looking to buy. They initially told me it was going to be free but then realized what I wanted was more than a supple checking of the fluids and wipers. I then proceeded to buy the Sienna and bring it back.
