Windshield wipers changed on my truck I just drove in and asked to have my windshield wipers changed. Even though they were busy they had my wipers changed in 30 minutes. I came in without an appointment I had a burned out headlamp and went to dealership service department on a Saturday without an appointment. I was able to get my headlamp replaced and I had a burned out headlamp and went to dealership service department on a Saturday without an appointment. I was able to get my headlamp replaced and they also installed new wiper blades and did a complete inspection of my vehicle. I waited just a little over an hour. Great service and willingness to take care of my vehicle immediately. More

Service was fair Everything was great as usual but Trent who was awesome was handling what I would estimate 4 times as many people so getting checked out was slow. Toyota Rav 4-Maintenance Arrived for my maintenance and greeted with nice friendly people. While waiting for our car to be done we were greeted again when the guy that sold us Arrived for my maintenance and greeted with nice friendly people. While waiting for our car to be done we were greeted again when the guy that sold us our car (Ishmail) recognized us he came over to check to see if we were enjoying our new Rav4 and asked if there was anything he could do for us. Also, my toddler was getting antsy and kept begging for candy out of the vending machine (I didn't have cash) one of the sales guys over heard this and brought him a treat. Kept him occupied the remainder of the service! Love getting service done at Toyota. More
