All is well that ends well We purchased a newer 2017 Highlander which needed the missing trailer hitch replaced. After 2 attempts to get it right by a sales manager, which didn’ We purchased a newer 2017 Highlander which needed the missing trailer hitch replaced. After 2 attempts to get it right by a sales manager, which didn’t go well, I, with much hesitation, finally had to contact the General Manager to get the issue resolved. After a nice conversation with Tom, the GM, the matter was handled professionally and immediately and I now have the new Genuine TOYOTA OEM trailer hitch made specifically for my Highlander installed Thanks to Tom and Lori for their dedication to customer care we are very happy and highly recommend St. Cloud Toyota to everyone! More

Excellent service When I came to TOYOTA St. Cloud on April 27 morning, with my new plate which has no brcket to be set up in front face of my 2015 Toyota car, a gentle When I came to TOYOTA St. Cloud on April 27 morning, with my new plate which has no brcket to be set up in front face of my 2015 Toyota car, a gentleman welcomed me with warm smile as I was waiting outside of the advisor's office. He told me that his name is Ben and asked questions for my situation, providing suggestions, arranging fixment. I was moved so much after he found the stock instead of waiting for the order next mondday. With Ben's enthusim and help, I sucessfully have my two plates on my car in front and back. Ben tried his best to save my time and budget that makes me greatful very much. More

Did I get level 10 service? Love driving in and having door open and someone greet you right away. One staff member asked me quickly if I needed a ride, so he could hold the shuttle if I needed it. Service performed quickly and efficiently. Bit of a slow wait when I returned to pick up- took a few minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, as well as the woman who had driven in before me. Not impressed that when the service staff member told me about this survey, he requested I give him all 10s- he said anything less than a 10 and he fails. Didn't get a chance to ask him if he thought he had given me 10 level service (not). Not sure why the best rating is the only on e that counts- hope you use this less than stellar review to learn and improve! More
