A good service experience I booked my appointment on line on Monday for Wednesday. I had no problems getting the time I requested. Kristen was courteous and friendly. I really appreciate the recent installation of privacy doors in the service department. It makes the waiting area much more pleasant. The car was done in forty minutes and I was on my way. More
Battery replacement I had my hybrid battery fail about a week ago. When I called they told me that they were booked out till next Tuesday and this was on a Monday so a li I had my hybrid battery fail about a week ago. When I called they told me that they were booked out till next Tuesday and this was on a Monday so a little more then a week. So the service advisor asked if I could leave the car and they misbehave able to get it in if some time opened up. I said ok and dropped it off that day. They did get it in on Friday of that week and when I saw the message it was almost closing time. I called and the adviser was busy so I left a message that I would call on Monday with a decision about what to do. I was a little surprised at the cost of a new battery. I never expected this much to repair but the car is worthless without it. Hopefully I can drive this car for another 6 years with out any more major problem. The repair was done faster then they thought with ordering the battery on Monday. I have only had 1 day to test drive so hopefully it keeps going strong for a long time. Mark Ley More
