An online search for a very particular vehicle led me to this dealership. Being that I was located in Michigan about 2500 miles away required me to ask for extra photo’s and additional information. That extra dedication on her part gave me the information I needed to make the decision to purchase my vehicle. I flew into Portland and Collin was there to greet me and bring me back to the dealership and guide me on my test drive. The tires that were ordered for my truck were not safe or even usable. The truck vibrated as if the tires were out of balance. I took the tires to afire dealership and had the tires checked. They found th even usable. The truck vibrated as if the tires were out of balance. I took the tires to afire dealership and had the tires checked. They found that all four tires were out of round and could not be balanced. I called your service manager and informed her (Penny) about the problem, she said would call me back, she did not and there after refused to answer calls, which were several. I have since purchased other tires of the same size which were an expense that I had not anticipated. I can say that you have lost out on one big sale because of your lack of interest in my issue. I will continue to inform anyone that is looking to purchase a new truck, where not to go. More
