I found a truck I was interested in. Called and spoke to 2 different sales people. Left a message for the General manager. Telling them I was interested and made an appointment. I did a trade value through their website, salesmen sent me a video of the truck I was going to look at. I confirmed the truck was available. He sent the video of the truck that evening before they closed. The Next day I called before I left home telling them I was on my way. After an hour drive I get their, the salesmen immediately approached and introduced himself, He then told me the truck sold this morning. Funny he didn't mention that when I told him I was on my way an hour earlier. To add insult to injury, I was quoted by their website KBB over $41,000 trade value. Not retail!! Sales Manager asked my bottom price. I ask for 43,000 as I just put $7000.00 in to the truck for upgrades and repairs. I have made multiple purchses from these guys over the years. General manager offered me $31,000. Talk about a slap in the face! They sold the truck and offered 11,000 below book value. Needless to say No deal made! I would highly advise against anyone doing business with this company. I personally will never do business with them again. I am also filling out a complaint with the BBB! More

The people at Saint Helens Auto quickly responded to my initial inquiries and follow ups. They gave me options to come and view the vehicle I was interested in as well as options to bring the vehicle to m initial inquiries and follow ups. They gave me options to come and view the vehicle I was interested in as well as options to bring the vehicle to me directly. Upon arriving the staff were friendly and quick to make us feel comfortable. I decided on purchasing the vehicle as they had the best price in the United States for that Power Wagon, and them being kind and attentive were just added bonuses. Even if a place has the best deal on a car, if they’re not respectable and kind, I will take my business somewhere else just like bad service at a restaurant makes the food taste bad. I’m grateful to have found Saint Helen’s auto and will be referring over friends and family should they be needing any vehicles anytime soon. Thanks again, Zakari Slicher More

Literally the worst service team I’ve ever even heard of fix anything on my truck had less than 50,000 miles on it. And Penny wouldn’t even call me back. It was very difficult to get a hold of anybody there fix anything on my truck had less than 50,000 miles on it. And Penny wouldn’t even call me back. It was very difficult to get a hold of anybody there. Also said they did a house full service on my truck and that never happened. Tires were definitely not rotated. They said they were. I’m not one to write reviews, but this was such a bad experience for me that I feel like I have to. And I also bought an extended warranty even though I knew I shouldn’t and that ended up biting me in the butt super bad, so do not buy extended warranty. Waste of money doesn’t do anything the service department will not honor it. More
