We bought a Cadillac three months from Dwayne. Upon being my car in for service they were unable to find a part to rotate my tires. Service dept was far from stellar. Spoke with Dwayne, who placed blame that “we drove off the lot” with the car or perhaps we threw the item away. Believe me when I say no one has removed any items from the car. We addressed our concerns. As I spoke TJ turn his back on me as I was speaking to him. I am shocked and appalled. Will never do business again with a crooked business. More
I'd been stalking websites looking for a deal on a used Cadillac XT5 for weeks. I found one that I liked here at Stan McNabb which is an hours drive from home for me. John Steverson was quick to assist me and patient with my many many questions and concerns. I was offered a fair price for my trade in vehicle, but not sure I got a great "deal" on the Cadillac as there aren't that many available at this time. They did comply with my request to add new Weathertec floor mats to the deal (my trade in had them and was a super clean car!). John and the Sales manager, Paul, were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The finance guy was visibly very irritated when I declined all the extras he was offering other than the GAP insurance... sorry! I did have to return to pick up the floor mats and have the service dept. look at at couple of things. They were great too. I'm rating the overall experience 4 stars because of the awkward finance experience, and I still feel I could have gotten a little better price on the vehicle and better interest rate as I have great credit. In fact, the bank sent me a letter stating that they were lowering the contract rate by .45%. I will be seeking to refinance even lower with my local bank. If you're looking for a Chevy, Cadillac, or Buick, don't hesitate to stop there! More
Helped my girlfriend get a used Cadillac from Stan McNabb with a dealership used car warranty. The vehicle showed two signs of issues while under warranty. 1. Low voltage which caused the start/stop feature with a dealership used car warranty. The vehicle showed two signs of issues while under warranty. 1. Low voltage which caused the start/stop feature to throw codes upon restart and 2. A/C leak. For the low voltage it took me going to the dealership the second time with her to explain the battery needed to be replaced for them to do it and haven’t had the issue since. The A/C leak was recharged under warranty and a month later needed to be recharged again. Rodney then informed my girlfriend he would pause her warranty and recharge the system again with dye. A month later the A/C needed to be recharged Stan McNabb stated no signs of a leak. They again recharged the A/C and said they would put more dye in it. Same thing, no signs of a leak and system needed to be recharged. All of this was within a year time frame. Now, I moved my girlfriend to Colorado Springs Colorado and took her Cadillac to a dealership 5 times the size who after hearing our story replied back with “the dealership didn’t want to fix it.” We had to wait 2 weeks for a special tool at a larger dealership to put dye in the system. Once that tool arrived, the leak was found an hour later. We then reached back out to Stan McNabb both Columbus location where it was purchased and Tullahoma location where the warranty was transferred to. Griz and the service manager at the Columbus location both said it’s not their job since warranty was transferred to Tullahoma. Rodney said he wouldn’t cover it, Mike above Rodney claimed he would speak with the owner about our situation and then came back with they won’t cover it. The repair is $2,900 to replace the A/C evaporator. Stan McNabb has failed on all levels with this deal. To add insult to injury, my girlfriend has family in management positions working for Stan McNabb. More
