I had routine oil change and tire rotation. Worked with my schedule and great customer service. Advised me of fuel injection cleaning that needed to be done. They got it done fairly quickly and my car runs great. I always love my experience with them

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RESPONSES FROM MANAGEMENT."

If I could give them negative 10 stars I would. This (dare I call them a dealer) place was a total joke. I have a 2017 Volt, carried the car to this place and of all things over a bent rim. This was/is my 4th rim to have been replaced in under a year. I explained this to the service advisor and I was asked why I didn't take my vehicle to the dealer who had sold me my extended warranty so they could replace my rim. I said because I live here now and not Dickson. He still was insistent that I carry my vehicle back to Alexander Chevrolet because that is who was familiar with my vehicle? I said over a bent rim you want me to travel over 6 hours? He said no it isn't 6 hours from their location to Dickson. I said it is when I drive to Dickson at an hour and a half one way, have them order a rim, me drive back to Tullahoma only to drive back a few days later when the replacement rim arrives, get that rim put on my car and drive all the way back again, that equals 6 hours. I said no thanks. I instead opted to contact GM to complain about them not wanting to work on my full factory and extended warranty covered vehicle. After contacting GM I got a call from the service manager who proceeded to try and rationalize their answer and reasoning to include trying to tell me that I could keep my appointment and he just wanted to inform me that I would be on the hook for the labor costs associated with the inspection of my vehicle? REALLY? I contacted GM to have this clown call me and give this line of BS? So I was hopping mad at that point and basically got the guy out of my ear at that point because it was pointless talking to him as well. So I called back to GM and spoke with a very nice lady there and explained to her how I was treated. She got me another appointment at another dealership because my faith in Stan Mcnabb was shot at that point and there was/is no way I would ever consider returning. Well I went to the dealer and got my vehicle repaired under warranty and the dealer called me back saying how he could not believe how easy it was dealing with my warranty and explained he did it all with a single 5 minute phone call. he said he gave them my vin number and the part with the cost and they gave him a PO number. he said he hung up the phone with them, ordered the rim and that was that. So to say that Stan Mcnabb was a careless dealership that did not care to take care of a diehard Chevy fan and a former ASE Master certified technicians vehicle while covered under a factory warranty and an extended warranty is completely shameful. I will NOT RETURN HERE EVER AGAIN and I am in the market for a 2018 Chevy Duramax 3/4 ton truck but I sure as xxxx won't be buying it from them. `I spoke with the general manager also known as Trent Mcnabb but I might as well went and talked to a dead tree because it would have been about the same response. I am going to plaster this review across the web far and wide so others don't waste their time. AVOID this EXCUSE OF A DEALER.

"Fantastic service and repair in record time!"

- 640,000 miles and still running

I had broken down on the interstate near the dealership, the towing service simply billed the tow to the dealership so I could pay it all at once when the repair was complete ....that showed me that they have a great work relationship with those in their industry. After getting to the dealership for service , I was quickly on my way, they provided me a great loaner car so I could continue on my way , and they could fix my truck. I awoke the next morning to find a message that my truck was already fixed , the repair part had come in early the next morning and the great service department had it back to running before 9:00 !!! Amazingly fast service !!! I wouldn't hesitate to bring any vehicle in for service to them, I was treated with great friendly attitude, and the turnaround was amazing .
