disappointed I bought a car from these people..I had to wait over two hours for my car to get detailed ..because the guy detailing was arguing back & 4th with the I bought a car from these people..I had to wait over two hours for my car to get detailed ..because the guy detailing was arguing back & 4th with the salesman...the guy detailing was fired while I was still waiting for my car to be detailed...when they drove my car around to me it was absolutely awful...I notice some marks all over the hood of my car...look like the detailer had used acid or some other tire cleaner on my car....the manger & salesmen told me they would fix my car to my satisfaction even if it took repainting ....they ended up sending the car to a professional detailer to buff off marks on the hood....after they returned my car to me...the general manger didn’t want to guarantee in writing that the marks would not come back....my husband finally got him to put in writing a guarantee for six months when the manager only wanted to do 30 days....I’m very disappointed in my car experience with these people & don’t even want the car now...looking into trading with another dealership...knowing I’m going to be upside down in another purchase....I would not & will never do business there again & will be reporting this ...this was suppose to be a happy experience for me...it turned into a total nightmare....worse car shopping experience ever More

Very upset I've used this dealership before Stan McNabb took over and it was very professional. Since taking over I've had small problems from tire sensors not b I've used this dealership before Stan McNabb took over and it was very professional. Since taking over I've had small problems from tire sensors not being reprogrammed to brakes grinding after they've replaced. I dont let the small things bother me but this last time bringing in my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was very upsetting none the less. After dropping my vehicle off I came back after it was finished and before I even opened my driver side door I noticed scratches on the rear driver side door! After I went in to talk the manager it seemed to have little effect and he acted like there was nothing he could do besides wax it. Of course the scratches never came out and then he said he would just give me some touch up paint. It felt like he was pointing his finger toward me like I would purposely scratch my own vehicle that I work hard for! Once i left the dealership i seen it as a done deal and if he wanted to do more he would have told me before I left how it could be fixed and therefore I will probably never bring mine and my wife's vehicle to this dealership again. More

Nothing different then any other dealership. This is a run of the mill dealership. If you are in the area or if they have the vehicle you want by all means give them a shot. I drove 2 hours to this dealership, was greeted upon exiting my vehicle. They were courteous and polite. I was more disappointed that I drove 2 hours and they didn’t even wash the truck that they knew I was looking at. The salesman I dealt with was a text book sales guy nothing special. I’m not knocking them just saying there’s nothing special. More

Bad service My husband took my car there to have the oil changed on his lunch break less than a month ago. Called before hand and asked how long it would take? Th My husband took my car there to have the oil changed on his lunch break less than a month ago. Called before hand and asked how long it would take? They said 30 to 45 minutes. He sat there for an 1 hour 30 minutes. Finally he got up and went out there to ask what's taking so long. They had my car parked out in the parking lot done but they forgot to come get him. Also tried to over charge him after they quoted a different price on the phone. We won't be back! More
