After a brief negotiation, he came back with a deal that was within $100.00 of what my wife and I had discussed as a go/no go price. We made the deal because the vehicle we were interested in was of good value for the asking price, and the trade value was very fair. Very upset I've used this dealership before Stan McNabb took over and it was very professional. Since taking over I've had small problems from tire sensors not b I've used this dealership before Stan McNabb took over and it was very professional. Since taking over I've had small problems from tire sensors not being reprogrammed to brakes grinding after they've replaced. I dont let the small things bother me but this last time bringing in my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was very upsetting none the less. After dropping my vehicle off I came back after it was finished and before I even opened my driver side door I noticed scratches on the rear driver side door! After I went in to talk the manager it seemed to have little effect and he acted like there was nothing he could do besides wax it. Of course the scratches never came out and then he said he would just give me some touch up paint. It felt like he was pointing his finger toward me like I would purposely scratch my own vehicle that I work hard for! Once i left the dealership i seen it as a done deal and if he wanted to do more he would have told me before I left how it could be fixed and therefore I will probably never bring mine and my wife's vehicle to this dealership again. More
Nothing different then any other dealership. This is a run of the mill dealership. If you are in the area or if they have the vehicle you want by all means give them a shot. I was more disappointed that I drove 2 hours and they didn’t even wash the truck that they knew I was looking at. The salesman I dealt with was a text book sales guy nothing special. I’m not knocking them just saying there’s nothing special. More

Bad service My husband took my car there to have the oil changed on his lunch break less than a month ago. Called before hand and asked how long it would take? Th My husband took my car there to have the oil changed on his lunch break less than a month ago. Called before hand and asked how long it would take? They said 30 to 45 minutes. He sat there for an 1 hour 30 minutes. Finally he got up and went out there to ask what's taking so long. They had my car parked out in the parking lot done but they forgot to come get him. Also tried to over charge him after they quoted a different price on the phone. We won't be back! More

Worst service ever!! Zero stars on it all! Will not go back EVER! Rude and didn’t care what I said was wrong with my car. Told me I had no leak but yet my car with 4000 mi Zero stars on it all!
