We traded in a vehicle and went to the dealership in November to cancel the remaining portion of the products that we purchased. We were treated incredibly unprofessionally by the sales manager who would barely speak to us or even make eye contact. Clearly he was upset that it was going to cost him some money. At any rate, I blew it off as I intended to never have to deal with this store again. I understand there is a processing time to get a refund--I am in this business, and I respect the process. Fast forward to today when I called to inquire about the status of our refund. I spoke to a very helpful woman in the business office who unfortunately informed me that the sales manager never turned in our paperwork....honestly, I was not surprised in the least. The documentation I have in my possession is from 10 weeks ago and was signed by the man himself. If you are looking for a Toyota store that has shady business practices (fails to make payoffs on trades in a timely manner, or lists equipment on a vehicle that does not exist just to name a couple of our other experiences here) then you have come to the right place! This store does not care about taking care of their customers, they do not take the high road, and I completely regret ever doing business with them More

While Stapp will sell you a vehicle at MSRP, they will not honor the extended warranties you purchase with them. Just as bad, Stapp's service department is disorganized, slow, and happy to lose business not honor the extended warranties you purchase with them. Just as bad, Stapp's service department is disorganized, slow, and happy to lose business rather than run a simple diagnostic and follow through with the work. Buyer beware! On two separate occasions I have made an appointment weeks in advance, for diagnostics and service, and then waited hours only to be (1) asked why I brought the vehicle in, and then (2) told after more time that "nothing is wrong." The first occasion led top Stapp missing an alignment issue and the second a failing brake master cylinder. On that second visit they were kind enough to drive me home for the 8-hour wait, for a simple alignment - only to then strand me so I couldn't then pick up the car. Now the third visit, I've told them that I have a diagnostic showing the failing master cylinder and suddenly Stapp is unable to pick-up/drop-off because I am outside of their service area by 2-miles. In speaking with the head of the service department - Miranda - she made it obvious that the change in the customer transport policy was because they really didn't want to honor the warranty and don't really want me as a customer. All I can say, is that while Stapp may have some good prices on new cars, take those cars elsewhere for service. Moreover, be wary of Toyota's extended warranties. Don't believe me, look at the other 1-star reviews. They all come down to a failing service department. More

Very easy access to the dealership. They are able to get vehicles that many other dealerships couldn’t. Other dealerships stated that fee was non refundable even if they couldn’t locate the car you wanted. Drew was amazing! Always kept me up to date via text or email.
