i bought 2 new cars in 2012. no problems. went to buy a third in 2013. got a new salesman. he committed to price and when i came to the dealership to pick up the vehicle he changed the price. he brought third in 2013. got a new salesman. he committed to price and when i came to the dealership to pick up the vehicle he changed the price. he brought the sales manager to the table and all the sales manager kept saying to me was "i'm already losing money on the transaction as it is i cannot give you the price you say that Robert agreed to." he never once asked the salesman if he had quoted me a different price he just kept repeating the same statement about losing money. The Service Advisor, Tiffany Humphrey, was just terrific and with perseverance, she isolated the rattle to a faulty windshield. The windshield was replaced and all is right with the world, No More Rattle! Thank you Tiffany! I would highly recommend this dealer for a Toyota purchase and Toyota service. More

We absolutely LOVE Stapp! My fiance had brought my car in for an oil change and the technician found a leak in the water pump. Rather than not saying anything and making us pay for it out of pocket later in for an oil change and the technician found a leak in the water pump. Rather than not saying anything and making us pay for it out of pocket later, the technician informed my fiance the water pump could be replaced under warranty before it became a bigger problem. In today's self-centric society, it is so wonderful to know there are still people who care and can offer such fantastic customer service. Stapp is an amazing organization and we are so thankful for being able to continue to do business with you. More

We purchased running boards for our Tundra from this dealer back in March. In July, we noticed rust looking spots appearing. We brought it to their attention only to be told basically 'too bad'. Um, we have not driven it in snow so this cannot be the reason why. We paid $700 for a product that looks horrible and there is nothing we can do about it. It seems unfair for the consumer to eat the cost of a product they said has been known to do this. Why sell the product at all? If we had know it would do this, we would have picked out another one. The oil change service itself was fine. Just unhappy with a product we bought last spring. More

Buyer Beware! If you are buying a used car from this dealer, GET IT CHECKED OUT by an independent mechanic. Thank god we did! The used car we were looking at needed a $1300 repair (steering rack was l dealer, GET IT CHECKED OUT by an independent mechanic. Thank god we did! The used car we were looking at needed a $1300 repair (steering rack was leaking)! We would never have known. When we asked Stapp to do it, they declined, but still wanted us to pay full price. They wanted us to pay full price, plus $500 in dealer fees, and they would give us $1000 to make the repairs. So basically, their counter was to pay full price and $300 out of my pocket in repairs. Uh, no way! I am definately not buying a car, knowing I need to make repairs! What I think is really awful is they are totally banking on the next customer paying for this car unknowing that the car needs $1300 in repairs. I feel bad for the person who buys the car if they don't know what they are getting into. But selfishly so happy that I did my due diligence to find out about the repair. Bottomline, if buying a used car here, get it checked out!!! Good luck with your purchase. More

OMG. I rushed around when called at 5pm to get my car, and had all my ducks in line for errands and PEO meeting. Coming home at 9 pm I was stopped by an Adams co Sheriff-- tail lights on right rear are ou and had all my ducks in line for errands and PEO meeting. Coming home at 9 pm I was stopped by an Adams co Sheriff-- tail lights on right rear are out, and in checking he told me that lights in front also were out..nothing working on right side. This after all the assurance of the efforts service were making to check everything! And the shade that can go over the deck and is stored under the back deck, just loose in the rear......I am NOT a happy Toyota owner!! More
